Anyone from Matrix Content here? ANSWER YOUR EMAILS
 

I have emailed Matrix three times and have not gotten a single response. I needed to get my username and password so that I could re-download old content that I had a license to but which I lost when my HD crashed (the backup drive was also screwed up - don't ask).

Please advise!
