you are 100% correct. this and most any business out there is about networking, putting out a good product, etc.

I must admit until a little while back, I only read oprano,net pond, ynot, adultnetsurprise mostly.

Not that I didn't like the other boards, but with all the work i do, I just never found the extra time to get involved.

I actually like gfy, and have enjoyed many of the discussions on this board. I also love oprano, as I know alot of these people there from many moons ago. and there is alot of business to discuss and diff. ideas to pass around there.

Each board has it's good points and bad.

I came to GFY looking for a fight, and a conversation broke out! Go figure.

Whether it's looks, or that ineffable thing called charisma or sex appeal or timing, any number of things kind of conspire to 'make' a GFY star. And those things elude a lot of staggeringly talented people. And then, of course, there's a bunch of people put there with no talent at all that have hold of a rocket ship... Like Serge. You know: they've got looks, they've got dumb luck, they've got something.

I think what is extraordinary about TheFLY is that I think he's got the ability to be both a playa' and a GFY star. He's both, really. And it's gonna be up to him to really decide how he wants to swim through those waters. He's as handsome as it gets, and he has real charisma and energy and he's just marvelously talented.
