I'm all for Bosnia...it would be a nice WC without the Portugal cry babies and cheaters, I'm sick of watching them simulating all the time.

yep from 2001-2005 they won every game, that was with Scolari and younger players.

They only beat Hungary and Malta this campaign, and the team is aging, and the manager is really bad, remember him at Madrid.. Terrible.

I like Portugal, I would like they get the qualification, but at the same time thinking that during the world cup I will have to watch again and again the face of Ronaldo in any single adv it almost make me desire they don´t get it...

It was a DISGRACE that they decided to seed the draw for the play-offs.

Fifa once again doing their best to make sure all the "big" teams make the World Cup. It's the same with UEFA and the Champions League.

Everything it so seeded now, the lesser teams don't have a chance. Every team should be put into these draws together, and whatever happens, happens.


I hope Republic of Ireland beat France, but i can't see it. Hope i'm wrong though!

I don't like Portugal but I think it's gonna be in the world cup anyway, Uruguay plays with Costa Rica this weekend too. I'm not sure what's gonna happen there.

if anything its saving the integrity of the world cup not disgracing it... France and Portugal are top ranked teams in the world, it would be shameful if neither of them didn't make it. Croatia is ranked what? 8th in the world and isn't going because they had a rough division in the draw? That is lame, if anything it should be COMPLETELY seeded like hockey internationals instead.

It still leaves underdog teams a chance to prove themselves where other teams have already done so in the years past and leading up to.

True although France aren't exactly the team they used to be. Ireland's got a chance, at least they didn't get Russia.

But that's up to them to prove they are the top nations and qualify from the group outright. Why protect them?

If they are good enough, they shouldn't need to be seeded in the draw.
