First I did mean saber in the thread title. I also spelled his name wrong, it is Chavez.
No I do believe he means the country next to the one he is in. Chavez is the president of Venezuela and was telling this to Columbia.
If anyone takes him serious odds are he will get his country bitch slapped. Nobody wants to see instability in central and south america again, even his neighbors that may or may not like the US. So he is just begging for trouble.Comment
