Ochocinco caught a 15-yard Carson Palmer(notes) pass near the sideline. The side judge ruled it a catch, but the Ravens contended that Ochocinco's foot was out of bounds. While the ref was under the hood looking at the replay, Ochocinco borrowed a dollar bill from an assistant and playfully tried to hand the one-spot to another official

This is a great idea people...

I'm going to start laying down fines on my employees for goofing off, pulling a prank and having a good time at work, even if you're on break!

A bonus for us owners, I like it!

I doubt his team will be the one issuing any fines. So, not really the same thing.

Another great thing Ocho is doing to entertain us that will get him fined. NFL = No Fun League.

The assistant that gave him the money will be in hot water too I am sure.

There are team owners and the NFL owners. Both have stupid ass fines to levy on the players almost at will and for stupid reasons, at even more stupid rates, to pull away cash from the players.

I just really feel for the non super star players. I mean the min. salary was 193k and the average salary was 1.1 million not including benefits which are at least decent compared to the past but come on lets face it the fines are ridiculous. It is one thing to get fined 25k for a hit on someone if your a star making 6-7 million or more a year (average career is a little over 3 years), it is entirely something different if your fined that and making industry average.

(25k fine for a hit where Ochocinco was hit ). Even though Ochocinco sent the commissioner (god of the NFL) this
?Please don?t fine Ray Lewis Mr. Roger Goodell, it was a clean hit, it?s part of the game, save the fines for me,?.
