NETCASH not paying

I have been waiting 2 months to get paid from NETCASH. 4 weeks ago, I called Peter and he said that they would courier the money. It never arrived. I called again and was told again it would be sent out right away. It never arrived.
Anyone else having trouble getting money from NETCASH ?? Just curious if I am the only one getting screwed or do they have other victims.
