i use feedwordpress and morphing rss feeds combined with hand-made posts every so often

depends, cyberseo is one i use, also a csv import plugin also been messing around with pods, so i can import data outside of posts so i can call it anywhere, that way i can use a playlist with a flash player for the sponsor im pushing in the post, tied into a custom plugin
