All that you listed have pirate shit. Sorry but that's the way mosts free hosts run. Thumblogger is king of that.

Very good topic, but you need to check every host listed above yourself. As far as i can see xlogz.com, iblogadult.com and few more don't take new registrations, pornformasses.com and enohost.net don't are not free blog hosts anymore.
I can recommend triplexblogs.com, xblogspot.com, but that would be great to have more of them.
