Who here knows about fake tits? Give me some feedback please.

I just looked at 60 breast implant before&after pics and I think round saline implants look the best. Am I crazy or is that normal? I read that silicone boobs are a little less likely to leak, ripple, feel fake and they are more popular. Are they more popular for those reasons or do people actually think they look better too?

I don't know anyone who has them, but the tear drop shaped / anatomical implants look the best to me.

In thinner girls you can really see the ripples w/ round saline implants.

From those I speak to, it's not as much what you get - but who you get to do it.

The 60 I looked at were all from the same doc. He looks like he does a good job, but it looks like if you begin with very bad tits he can't save you.

They have new "natural" boob implants. They take fat from the woman's belly or thighs mix it with stem cells and inject it back in. Pretty crazy stuff. Never seen a picture of how they turn out though.

That's a good deal, breast implants and liposuction for one low price.

I prefer girls with saline tear drop implants. However, I love the feel of silicone boobs. Weird I know. Lol. I have a friend who had saline implants them put in through her belly button, so there are no scars and they look totally natural. You really wouldn't know by looking at them. On really skinny girls you get the ripple whether they have saline or silicone. Silicone is less likely to leak, but saline is safe if it gets into your body. It totally depends who you go to and what they look like before a surgeon touches them. It's all about what would suit you best. Then also depends what procedure you get done, armpit, belly button, nipple, under boobs, etc etc etc xx

I don't know much about breasts implants. I know they are made out of silicone. FDA approves them. In the past, there used to be problems with the body rejecting implants and infections, but now I think the technology is safe enough.

Post some pics and people will be able to tell you their preferences...
