It was actually just a silly nonsense post, consisting of a funny animated gif.

I made the mistake of hotlinking the image, rather than downloading it, and linking it from my own server.

It worked for a short while, and then crapped out - replaced by the broken image notice you see above.

Bottom line: don't hotlink images you don't have control over.

Lesson learned.

No, I just added image tags to the url where it was found - which worked initially, but was later replaced with the broken image/advertisement notice above.

In the future I will download images first, and then post the links from my own server, like I normally do anyway.

This was just one of those "live-and-learn" moments.

No big deal... it was just a dumb "late night" joke post.

It may actually be funnier this way!
