Nothing that wrong with trying lungs, brains, glands, and other organ meat in animals. People are pretty damn lucky they are alive today. Not that long ago if you had problems with such choices in protein, you just would go hungry as not everyone got to eat select pieces of meat.

You are aware that there are actually laws in many places that dictate what meat can be included in hotdogs even sold in that given city/area? Even a huge chunk of them have rules about how you kill the animal that ends up inside of them.
Truth is the synthetic collagen casings that many gross brand of hot dogs use is technically more gross.
