I would like to rent a studio by a guy who set it up from scratch and is willing to leave all his equipment behind.

I want to take over the lease but need one program owner to need some content each month. It's a killer place and I will pay most the bills... also the current owners have a mile long list of girls and guys they have shot around the area.

It will be gone by nov. 15

What's in it for you? Cheap ongoing content you will not find anywhere else unless you add the content producer to your site and he will want 50% of profits.



The place is right outside philly.

Might wanna make the sets actually look like sets first before trying to promote. And whats up with that giant steel beam right thru fasmily room. Kinda no wonder hes not making money and wants to sell out.

Here's a bump for you.

Totally depends on how you run it and how often you change props.
Whether you have movable walls etc etc...

I had a 6000 sqf studio back in the day where you could do 8 different setups pr day with a staff of 2 + production team.

The only thing you really should be careful about is to not get that "IKEA" feel to every video

Yeah the steel column is out of place for sure... just need to work around it.

The place is a steal though... The guy is moving... can't take it with him. He does pretty well... I have an office right now that I pay for... the price for the office and studio for this place is not too much higher but looking to cover the difference and get somebody content for less then their paying now.

All about the timing... it will be gone, ripped down and thrown away. Pieces will try to be sold if that is what happens. The bathroom, jacuzzi, props... all of it in the dumpster or just given away for free.

yes... i posted the pics about a shoot on the 5th.

this is a deal that will not likely come around again anywhere... the owner told me he is going to start ripping down next week... I am sure I can hold him off to the 15th or so. He is gone Dec. 1st though for sure...

I am talking right now to a few people and am hopeful this will happen... the opportunity is still on the table

wish it was in South florida.

i'm taking it for sure. i've got some interest from people wanting content and that's enough to justify it.

i'm still ears for anybody wanting to help financially but wanting some vids each month is helping
