I'm kinda split on how I feel about this. I don't like how it's being painted as the "dirty porn star vs the A-list actress". While it seems that financially Jesse James can better provide for his daughter and provide her a more stable home environment, I think it's really dirty and under handed to send letters to the judge presiding over her tax case accusing her of drug use and asking she get prison time. That's the kind of stuff people get shot over :disgust

It's the sources OPINION that they wrote letters to the court in the tax cas "so they could use that as an advantage".

Perhaps they wrote letters shedding some factual light on the tax issue. Is it just possible here that everyone did everything right and the loser is just crying now? I'd say yes it's possible.

Did any of you actually read both letters? I cant find anything malign or intentionally damaging in either letter. Janine sounds quite unstable and in bad shape to me. I dont know any of the people, but I dont see the slant that some people here seem to see. There seems to be a lot of willy nilly connecting of dots, even when there's no dot between two points.

i always like sandra but this is below any standard, however most people outside the adult industry believes that it is all evil, drugs guns and unsafe behaviour.
i bet janine is a pretty decent mom, but i dont know any specific details, obviously if she has a real drug problem (i dont consider smoking weed a drug problem), that needs to be addressed properly.
all in all, it sounds like she is getting seriously screwed over, hope she fares well...

This is a custody battle between Jesse and Janine over their daughter. The letters were not bad anyways, so it does not matter what Sandra wrote in them at assorted lawyers request. Also it is not like Sandra took away her kid, the courts were the ones who did anything. People just like to twist shit and try to make headline news out of any piece of bird shit story that they can find as long as it has a name or sex attached, this story has an A list celebrity a cable network star and a hundred movie plus porn star all attached. All the need is a fart to go with that and they can make a sticky story. Fucking vultures.

I am in the porn business myself. Do not care if I am a bit hypocritical about it but simple fact is if I had to choose between placing a kid with a woman who does adult on screen work or an actor/actress who does on screen work. I would typically place the kid with the actress every time. Sure there are "some" that take dick on film because they really like sex and like being filmed. Fact is you and I both know that the vast majority are fucked up in the head, use drugs often, rent their pussy out at fuck houses in Nevada as often as they can between paid scenes, escort on top of that, and were typically loved way to much by a family member or friend of the family while growing up. Yeah they may not diddle their own kids or subject them to drugs or other activities, but to honestly say you do not think a normal actor/actress with no known issues would not provide a better more fit growing up situation. Then you are a bold face liar.

Sandra Bullock brought herself into this while on the promotional tour for her latest movie she has talked about it at least 3 times in interviews. She really is the one who brought it all up and then Janine is the one who responded to her. Then it went back to Sandra on I think it was Inside Edition and then Jesse James asking people to leave Sandra out of this.

In the end I think it all sounds like a big publicity stunt. I mean if nothing else it is amazing timing, no?

Why not fight this battle a month ago or when she first got out in July? Why does it all have to come out now when Sandra Bullock has a new movie out in theaters?

Well I seriously doubt this is all planned around her PR'ing for a movie...

Everything I have seen about Jesse and even how he handled shit on the apprentice tv show, goes against that. Which he got ass fucked by that giant fake haired man pussy, Mr. Trump. Who could not wrap his big ass ego around the simple concept that Jesse wanted to do shit on his own and if he was going to use his wife for some TV show he would wait until it really counted and was for his own charity. So they axed him, even though the show was rigged for that whore Joan Rivers. They had to find some reason to get rid of him though so that is all they had.

I really doubt he would do that shit for PR. Plus neither of them are PR or Press whores like many in hollywood are. You typically never hear shit about them, they seem to like a quiet life outside of the BS.

I have heard other people that have worked with Janine say that what has been said about her is pretty accurate. She has serious drug problems.
