Fletch, you seem to feel that those against the death penalty, are against the harshest punishment available. That is the mistake a lot of people make. But the actual thing is, that those against it feel that incarceration until death is harsher than releasing them from the suffering of life.

As I have stated before I am very pro death. Just also very anti mistakes and will not even accept the chance of letting the state kill an innocent person. If and when they can assure 100% accuracy then they will get my full support. Of course I do think any abnormal killers, etc. should be very well studied so we can learn all we can from them mentally and genetic wise. Then I also feel we should do away with all current execution methods and switch to a painless operating room death, that was every organ and ounce of usable flesh and skin could be harvested to help others. Hell I would be OK with keeping a few alive as you harvest from them.

Killers doesn't deserve to live.Unless they live in Croatia,here you will get bigger penalty if you smoke weed then when you kill someone.

Death penalty is just too expensive to use. That said, he is 14 years old. Someone should do some investigation into his parents, I don't think is just normal 14 year old behavior. There is more to the story here.

I am against the death penalty when there's doubt, because there's WAY TOO MANY cases of people going to jail that are innocent.

But in this case the death penalty is much much deserved.

Instead of the death penalty let's bring back the chain gangs, put these fuckers to work.

it's been proven in Canada that if a jury has to make a life or death decision, a lot of times they'll simply let the person go.
