on 22 Oct. 2009 I have buy for $25 for 1 year some domain with tld

My domain was correct setup with my nameserver's and contact's and
have working properly.
I have buy that domain and get confirmation that payment was accepted, my card was charged and the ownership of domain was transfered to me.
On 26 Oct. 2009 I receive from intrustdomains.com information

"the domain HEREISNAMEOFMYDOMAIN.com was mistakenly listed for sale.
I have refunded your payment."

and they tell me they sold them to someone else before they sell it to me :warning ,
domain have disappear from my customer account on intrustdomains.com

I demand from them to give me back my domain or I offer them even they
can send me price offer and buy them back from me but they no answer for
my offer and they transfer my domain to someone else.

So be carefull with that company !

if you have bought the site and they took it its really bad biz, even worst than my experience, when i have been checking some quality czech domains, made list of free ones, then after two three hours tried to register them and almost all was taken few minutes before my registration ... really good biz ...

I had a similar thing happen in 2005. I bought a domain, set it up on my nameservers, and was starting to work on it. I had it up and going a couple days, and then suddenly it quit resolving, and I contacted the registrar, which was Ipowerweb. They responded that unfortunately, they had another buyer for the domain and it had been determined that his claim was superior to mine.
They had no explanation of why the domain was charged to me and was in my account for a few days when this other person had supposedly purchased it.

I buy domains at SnapNames and Sometime at Godaddy aftermarket but those are mostly expired ones.

SnapNames auctions + tons of DATA
http://www.freshsnap.com

traffic domain handregs / expired guide:

This might also help ;)
