Blue LED light strips - very cool indeed [PICS]
 

Recently on an ebay shopping spree i bought a bunch of Blue LED light strips, they come with a 12v adaptor and several strips you can link together

They are really cheap now, and look awesome, any one who visits the house comments on them. Cool thing is you can stick them anywhere, behind the TV, on top of kitchen cabinets, in the bathroom or under the bed.

Well worth the small cost to make a real impact :)

But I bet in the US they are even cheaper.

I have this in my kitchen, but I used the blue rope lights that use fiber optics instead of led's.

I guess if I wanted my kitchen to look like the local nightclub... that would be cool....

thats a decent price, i just ordered RGB led strips and paid $60 for 15 ft strips. i have some blue led rope lights in one of my party buses and it turned out really good.

all the cheap led lights come from china. i bet they have some kind of light sweatshop warehouses. they are about 1/3 of the price of anywhere in the usa though, even with shipping.

Probably emits some kind of noxious fumes if its from China. Don't be surprised if you wake up dead one morning.

They sell strips like that at IKEA, I think thy cost around $90

Bonus points for installing on top of foil, or anything really reflective...

That would be the one day I would be very surprised. Waking up dead would really fuck with me. Waking up dieing would be one thing but fuck me actually waking up dead?
