New legislation to ban all teenage pornography

The move was motioned this week by a Judge Dorton after a crackdown on some 3000 teen websites was put in place in September. Jonathon Armider, an Investigation Specialist for the FBI, who leaded the bust on websites using underage models spoke with us today.

?Half of the studios we stormed in the course of our two week investigation lacked sufficient proof for their model?s ID, we know that at least 100 of these websites have material that definitely contains females whom are underage, a scary number considering the size of the adult industry? he said.

?Way too many sites have been taking liberties when it comes to providing evidence for their models? age, we had some companies trying to ring the models themselves and tell us down the phone, it is simply not enough,? said Lance Crester, a co-worker of Armider and supporter of the new legislation. When asked for his opinion on the matter, Judge Dorton said:

?Until the webmasters learn how serious the use of underage actresses is, we shall continue to enforce punishments for the whole industry. It?s a shame that those who provide adequate proof for their model?s ID will have their content ruined, I?m sure some will go out of business very quickly and the effects on our economy could be enormous.?

April appears to be the month suggested by most people involved in the change, though some say August will likely be the date when all sexual teenage content will be made illegal. We spoke to Adam Grasham, a leading adult industry lawyer and someone who opposes the change. When asked for advice to the webmasters facing implications from the illegalisation of teenage content, he gave us these words:

?First, everyone involved in the adult sector needs to take time out and read the first word of every paragraph in this news report.?

Speechless.

Do not see how they could legally just make it so.
I mean I would imagine there would be some steps to be taken to raise the minimum age from 18 to 20.

BSleazy 11-02-2009 06:05 PM

big news.

BlackCrayon 11-02-2009 06:05 PM

So its ok for girls to strip in clubs at 18 (hell many start at 15-16 and no one does anything) but its a no no if people take pictures of them and sell them?

I very much doubt this will actually happen.

The US drinking laws were bumped up to 21, so I suppose it could be done. Not sure if you could achieve an international consensus however. Also not sure if you could ban porn that included 18 and 19 year olds that were legally filmed before the law changes - assuming such a legal age change actually goes through. Will be interesting to see what happens....

most of you whipper snappers are too young to remember when they raised the drinking age from 18 to 21..

the fed said if you didnt raise the age in your state, you wouldnt receive fed tax money for highways and roads..

guess what happened....

we have 1 party that controls congress now and if they want it to happen, it will happen...

i know the idea is nothing new, but don't expect the poopoolarity of these new ex-gf style sites to help the cause. only make things look much much worse.

This thread's replies delivers the lulz.

Mutt 11-02-2009 08:57 PM

the post is a joke but if you think that the proliferation of huge ex-gf paysites is going to remain under the radar of the FBI you're living in a dream world. It's only a matter of time until some parents of underage girls raise holy hell and the shitstorm rains down on our entire industry.

wasn't there a thread on here recently that stated that girls in Massachusetts(?) could strip at 16 if they had a signed parent slip??

TheDA 11-03-2009 03:44 AM

They need college tuition to come from somewhere, you don't expect them to sell their virginity online do you?

Hopefully that shitstorm will start with torrent and illegit tubes that have NO model id's and have all that same content stolen and available for free. That'd be a good start.
