That domain is barely worth the registration fee. I personally wouldn't have registered it but you have it now so might as well try to make your money back.

the domain itself has no real value, but it is an ok start to making some kind of site on... the value will be in the work you put into it over time

Make it a straight / lesbian site (mixed thumbs on main page, a straight page and a lesbian page) with most thumbs portraying the 69 position.

Ya sorry to be the one to tell you but they are all correct. The domain on its own has no actual value. They call it a "reg fee" value. However that is not to say that you can't make some great money with it, when you build up a website around the domain name.

More often than not you'll find adult domains almost always have no value on their own, but with the right website attached to it, they can be gold mines.

Domain name is worthless. But when you have your tubesite set up, then you can put it up on sale and it may be worth something.
