why did you list music editing programs?
i have about $20k worth of that shit... Fruity Loops, Rebirth, Acid, CoolEdit, SoundForge, etc.

Aside from doing adult sites, I also have a bunch of HipHop Music Group Clients. Sometimes I have to edit their tracks to put into flash demonstrations for their band sites.

I got maya but run win 98 so I can't install it.

LOL... Yeah, I did that about a year ago. I was all excited to mess around with it on v4.0 with Win98SE... but, I went to install it and the installer said... "FUCK YOU VOODOO! YOU ARE ON AN OLD PIECE OF SHIT O/S... EITHER UPGRADE OR DIE! Sincerely, Maya Technical Staff".

My computer is VERY slow. I mean, if it went any slower, it would be going back in time.

Anyhow, Maya runs fine on WinXP Pro.

It won't help you to make good designs even in you have the best software pack in the world!

I use these tools myself to get what i want: brains, mind, idea, logic.....

I second that.. recently ftvgirls posted smth about how much he loves frontpage and he showed an example. so it's not always the tool, the ideea is 90%.

Webstyle's got a few nice text effects brutha. I don't use any of them exclusively. Each program that I use has certain effects that are great for design purposes. ;)
