Groupon - anyone used that site?

Has anyone bought a coupon from groupon? It seems like they have some good deals posted but is it legit?

Today they have a pretty good deal for $2 for Two Hot Dogs @ America's Dog which usually charges $3+ per dog. I think this might be only for Chicago?

I've used it a bunch, just got my wife a spa certificate for Phoenix. Yes, each city is independent and mostly have deals for a business in that particular region.

I have used the UK equivalent www.wowcher.co.uk twice now and love the concept - so much so, I will be helping them develop business here...
