Do you keep money on your Epassporte account?

This is something I've been wondering about. How many people actually keep money on their epassporte accounts. For example the epass wallet feature. I'm talking over 10k etc?
I've been cashing out as soon as I get my money there, but I'm curious if people feel comfortable enough to keep larger amounts of cash in the system.

Domain Diva 10-24-2009 04:27 AM

I only have a few small payments go there and I take it out ..never felt comfortable with leaving much in any online type of account.

cyber_ninja 10-24-2009 04:49 AM

ive never had 10k in there, but ive had over 3k in mine and was fine with it.i use my epassporte for buying traffic only so theirs no point in taking the money out.

digifan 10-24-2009 04:59 AM

Nope, not over 10K.

BLOG BURGLAR 10-24-2009 05:03 AM

pinkbits 10-24-2009 05:26 AM

Yeah i have had over 100k in there but soon as i heard the scandal about gaming sites, i started pulling it out so my float is around 5 - 15k just to play it safe.

polle54 10-24-2009 05:30 AM

I never ever hold over $1.000.000 there... don't wanna be fucked over if my account gets hacked

Cyber Fucker 10-24-2009 05:32 AM

I am not that rich...

Klen 10-24-2009 05:34 AM

I wish if only they increase security. For example something like not allowing logins from another country different then country of account user,or adding something like file keys where you can login only if you have valid file key.Very easy to implement and very helpful.

this would be pretty cool.

However my main concern would be losing my money because of them closing my account for no reason. I've heard some crazy stuff on the board and I've always been careful with them.

Ginn 10-24-2009 06:47 AM

Nope, never. It's more safely to cash everything out:)

18teens 10-24-2009 07:09 AM

martinsc 10-24-2009 07:11 AM

I only like the keyfile thing, the IP Geotracking is utterly rubbish, Geotracking is not perfect science, plus I may want to log in from abroad while on holiday at the beach in the Bahamas.

Matyko 10-24-2009 07:34 AM

our damn national currency is so strong now [hungarian forint... what the fuck i know...] that i started to leave more and more money on my account. i know a guy who has 150k there, i keep only 5-10-15k on it, but it will grow more if things keep going like this..
I see no risk in this, i only wish they would act as a normal bank so if i keep my money there it should grow, even if only a little bit, it would help me :)

Denny 10-24-2009 08:12 AM

nope, $xxx max.

V_RocKs 10-24-2009 09:05 AM

I don't keep 10K in it only because I don't want to have to check off that I have had over $10K in an off shore account.

I do keep as much as $8K from time to time.

Jack Sparrow 10-24-2009 09:09 AM

I could be posting the same screenshot blogburglar made but with a bit more..
So i guess yeah i trust them

TurboAngel 10-24-2009 09:29 AM

I trust them but I don't keep much if any in there. Someone did get into my account and I was glad there was only $100 in there, if there had been more it would have gotten taken. So I go and take money right out.

:)

Twoface31 10-24-2009 09:32 AM

same thing here never keep much money online!!!!

CyberHustler 10-24-2009 09:40 AM

I keep a little money in there... not much

amateurcanada 10-24-2009 11:11 AM

well tossing 10k transactions around flags you with the financial task force and they can potentially freeze an account for explanation LOL.

Check epassporte to see if the funds are secured and insured.

It would be foolish to do that, I have nothing against epass, I wouldn't keep it in paypal either... :2 cents:

Lightning 10-24-2009 12:42 PM

I would never trust epassporte. One day your money could just vanish and there is Zero recourse nor any real company behind them. They are not a real banking institution by any means and not to be trusted with any money that you can't afford to loose...:2 cents::2 cents:

CYF 10-24-2009 03:01 PM

I don't keep much money in either paypal or epass. I'll only leave maybe 600 in them. I'd rather keep my money in a bank that's insured and pays interest.

fatfoo 10-24-2009 03:05 PM

Usually I take it out as soon as possible.

harvey 10-24-2009 03:20 PM

I was too stupid to do that and now they frozen my account. They don't even know why, at least all versions are different going from the usual "upload documents" (which I've uploaded no less than 6 times) to the new "someone that paid you is fishy, so we blocked your account just in case". Yeah, you read it well: according to this new excuse, the so called "Epassporte security measures" are useless, since they'll ask for documents to people that is "fishy", then they'll approve the account and once the "fishy" person makes a payment... they will block all the accounts he made payments to!

And this is just the beginning of a new Epass horror story, will see how this solves before spilling the beans

Agent 488 10-24-2009 03:27 PM

this sounds like a thread to bring out the woodwork the next targets of epass scammers/hackers.

next threads up:

"what is the name of your first pet?"

"what is your mothers maiden name?"

"what is your favorite sports team?"

Everyone knows that's not gonna happen, because you're all talk and nothing else.
