Sorry for not posting for a little while- I have been very busy training for my big fight this weekend!

No- this is not some sub/dom fetish kinda fight going up on a paysite- this is a fucking MMA fight that I agreed to be in. It's called Ellis Mania - and I will be fighting A DUDE and not a chick. If anyone wants to go all the information about it is here

Yeah- some girls just feature dance and go to porn conventions- but me... I get in a ring and risk my life for the sake of promoting my website - I hope all of you affiliates appreciate it :1orglaugh

In all seriousness this whole experience has been a lot of fun and I can't wait. If anyone is looking for an excuse to go to Vegas this weekend (I know I do that all the time!) - then come to the Hard Rock and come to Ellismania and watch me kick some ass!!

I do not personally fight. Have not hit a bag in fucking years.
I just figure you would want to practice and that would include hitting a bag, speed ball, or anything else with the same size and type of glove you would normally be wearing.

I train striking with 16oz boxing gloves on... thats a pound per hand.. then when you get the little 6oz gloves on your punches are that much faster... I do train with the small gloves when were training shoots and takedowns and finish on the ground....

also remember if your training for a fight the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself before fight day...

before my fight last friday I stopped sparring a week before the event that way I shins and fist were hungry.... and it paid off
