Is there a way to remove your visits from Google search results?
 

I hate seeing my sites or sites I've clicked on getting an unusual ranking because I've visited them before, I want to know what everyone is seeing and most importantly my actual rank.

This makes no sense.

I get the same thing all the time. Clear your cache.
