How can i make affiliates happy?

opened my paysite last week, & just installed NATS. I need to create promo material.
What marketing tools do affiliates prefer nowadays?
& what can a sponser do to make them happy?

Personally, I'm a big fan of dynamic iFrames, while some webmasters might disagree, they can be very attractive and stay updated and "new" :)
Also, if your thinking about releasing RSS Feeds, use Morphing feeds rather than the 2005 version :)

Yes, to make affiliate happy stay honest with them and regularly update your site and promo tools.
And yes, i'd like to have rich-text rss feeds and long descriptions for FHGs:)

I have noticed a lot of affiliate are looking for embeddable flv videos, free hosted galleries with a lot of updates as well.

Offer as many promo tools as you can, always update as often as you can, be honest with your affiliates and always pay out on time. As long as you stick to these guidelines (along with offering unique and quality content) then your affiliates should be happy and be able to convert well with your program.
