my GF needs help
 
guys i need your help.. my GF has a homework .. she needs to create avi files and add her voices into it.. actually she wants to create an education cd for school children.... we have different sized and different formatted gif, jpeg files.. i made an avi file on animation shop with them but i dont know how to add voices and comments.. do you have any idea?

get virtual dub. you can do basically anything in their with avi files

id use Virtual too, take it off Kazaa, or try to use Adobe Premiere, altho it's lots more complex as program

ya use premiere if you have about a week to learn it and are a professional video editor. very complex but you would also see incredible results

What you gotta do is load the video, select Direct Stream Copy for it or use compression if you wanna re-compress it. Then for Audio, select Wave File and load the wave file with the voices on it. Use a program like Cooledit if you wanna mix the voices with music for instance, or any other background sound for that matter. Make sure the wave file syncs with the video.

You could also try pinnacle 8. About $110 or something, but you could probably do the voice over with that and I know it does some stuff with DVD's etc. Plus you can add stills and everything else.

Yep. Pinnacle 8 will do it for sure. I have it and make VCD's with voice overs all the time.
