I know they are not that reliable, but still.
Just not willing to pay cash for a robot LOL....and the brokers i have contacted sucks, as in havent gotten back to me yet.

automated appraisals are mental masturbation unless you are using them for some of the extra data they give you and ignoring the valuation. estibot is a popular one.
