I sent paypal to wrong address and the guy just do not return and do not respond!

Search with their email on facebook, myspace, or any other social networking sites.

Usually will do the trick.

paypal will sort that out for you!

I hope so. so far more then a month trying to solve..500USD meant to be sent to pay server.

and i entered billing@"myserver".com domain and it went to someone who actually owned account with such company e-mail. though company don't know who he is. but company do not use this e-mail for paypal. I made a mistake assuming that billing@"myselver".com
would be they paypal address.

Go ahead and whois myserver.com or as Tim said search the email in "quotes" on google then hit up the social sites..

If you tell us the Real email that you sent the money to you may get a better reply and actually find out who the person is? :2 cents::2 cents:

people search engine thats free and allows you to search for people all around the world by name, location, email, etc

if the email isnt in use, then paypal will mark it as unclaimed and return it to you within 30 days i think it is

it also depends on how you paid throgh paypal: if with your CC you can dispute the charge.
