But man I hate when they forget something when I order food! Normally it's like ranch when I order wings and it's always when I'm out of ranch at home and they refuse to go back and get something like that and the managers never seem to care either

Ah - shit.... I was in webmaster mode when writing the thread.

Why would you ever order from them again? I have had orders messed up but places around my area have always been real accommodating about fixing or refunding the missing or wrong items.

Since the UK doesn't have the death penalty that would be total crap.
