how old are you? when i was 22, i was all skinny (120-130lbs), but then a few years later, bam, i'm "suddenly" up to 160+. i've got a bit of a belly, too. would love to get rid of it, but that takes work, i think.

I used to train for 200 mile bike races like the Seattle to Portland every year.

Did it 7 years in a row.. Then I got married and stopped.
