I'll vouch for their API, works like a charm and the emails get delivered well, making conversions easy compared to some other APIs I have tested (who I suspect don't get their emails through as well; which while always important is 10x more important when doing signups via API). :thumbsup

Affiliates can send us join thru an API post for over a year now and it has been working great.

Now we've found a way to offer affiliates more chance to increase their earnings.

What fields are required for the api? username,email addy what else? Very important question as some dating sites require so many fields it's just not practical. Also there are no restrictions on signups as long as they are percentage upsells correct?

If my memory is correct there is very minimal amount of stuff, username, email, password, location. I have a PHP class I wrote that will automate a lot of the stuff with built in GEO IP database to determine the users location without needing them to put it in.

Can someone explain how this API stuff works? If I have a free site I create a form with the relevant fields and post that info through the API to the dating site and get paid for what is posted and ultimately converts rom a free membership to a paid?

You are correct

Pretty much, what most people are doing currently is incorporating it into their join forms for their own free member access, and giving proper notification obviously that they will be signing up for AmateurMatch also. But what it does is when they fill out the form to signup for your site, certain details can be sent to DG to sign them up for a free membership at AmateurMatch also.

It's almost like you work for us KS ;)
