Better quality? Anyone with more details? smaller size with same quality or why are some sites switching from FLV to MP4?

* Bigger file sizes to keep quality"

no idea what that guy is talking about, you can put h264 in a flv container... :2 cents:

what he said...

both can have the same codec (h264) but the flv files offer extra functionality while mp4 is just a movie file
