Can't get any work done because of this shit. :(

Has anyone else come across a car transporter on the first island (section) of the game? I'm sure that I came across it about two weeks ago, but I haven't seen it since, and I can't find any info on the net.

It was possible to drive cars up onto it, but as soon as you moved the transporter, they'd roll off.

Has anyone else come across this?

I haven't played it yet, is it better than GTA 3?

will it come to pc? i have heard it will only be available to ps2

No word from the developer yet about a PC version, I hope they do release one shortly.

You can find the big trucks with ramps down by the docks in Vice Port usually. It's fun to get a really fast car and then launch off the back of them. I think you even get some $ bonus for it.

The game is sooo fucking addictive. We lose time daily on it. Does anyone know how many total missions there are in the game?? They just get harder and harder.

I wasn't counting, but there are a lot. I think we're pretty close to being finished, we've completed all the missions for most of the joints you can buy, night club, movie studios, etc. I think all we have left are the races from the car dealership and the doat docks. Thank God, maybe we can get some fucking work done over here.

Shit.. We can't get by the Hatian Cuban thing. Our Hations are fags and they die to quickly. Its hard as shit to snipe out the Cubans. So now we took over Diaz' place and have been reduced to drug runners for some stupid band. :mad:

Cool game! I am halfway through it for the second time... Took me almost 80 hours of playing time (didn't save after each mission) to get through all the missions the first time. I then realized that even though you have done all the missions you haven't completed it 100%. To do that you have to find all the hidden packages, unique stunts etc. etc. so I figured I would start from scratch again and this time go for 100%.

Anyway the mission where you have to snipe the Cuban's -- use the pill that is underneath the stairs to the roof -- that will slow things down a bit and you will get more time to aim. Actually it is the only time I have found the pills useful.

Anyone tried "The Getaway" on PS2 yet? It was released in Europe today, and it looks awesome! I have it, just haven`t tried it...

Im having a hard time in the shoping mall 'shakedown'.. I keep timing out and failing the mission :ak47:

saw them down in the harbour on the second island.. think u gotta wait until you've cleared enough missions for the roadblocks to disappear.. uhm..

easiest way to plant those bombs is probably to drop the top one first.. 3-4 staircases u gotta fly up on, annoying controls

supposedly the savegames get all screwed up if you save inside some icecream place or something on island#2 .. don't remember exactly what the guy said

GTA Vice City was just released this week down here in OZ and it's already sold out. The game shop said that they had about 21,500 units in the first shipment, and around 21,000 were already pre ordered. The rest are avaliable for general sale starting Monday!

There is another shipment early next year.

I can't stop playing the damn thing! It's awesome.
