Paper is the better design and will generate the most revenue

I'd add onmouseovers for your favorite pornsite links if the sponsor allows them.

The first one. But I would still add some more graphics to jazz things up a bit. Its kind of text'd out to the max and some graphics to breakup the text would be more visually appealing to your surfers eyes.
