Gif animations

Hi Guys !
Can anyone recomend a good program to make Gif's.
I'm using for the moment MovieMaker3.0 but I don't really like that program.
What else is there...???

If all you need to do is create the animation itself (i.e. you have the seperate frames already) then UnFreez is the best tool for the job. The program is 18kb :)
