That's a rather small group of tastes. Definetley too small to be able to claim "100 Greatest Singles Of All Time"
Hundred Greatest Hard Rock Singles, perhaps.

Also keep in mind that Kerrang is read by teenage hard rock fans...they don't even remember Nirvana being around as a band (wow, I feel old writing that). However, that said one of the big mainstream music mags had the same result when they did a similar poll in 2000.

Chop Suey by System of a Down is a great song, but #3 single of all time? And Blink 182 in the top 10? Someone smoking some crack.

I never even heard of Kerrang. Obviously this is a biased poll.

I was up in Stockholm and saw the Foo Fighters play last week. Dave Grohl still got it.

Thats a fan poll, nothing to do with sales, which is how real charts are counted.

Kerrang is the biggest selling music mag in the UK.

I have to admit I am a huge Foo Fighters fan. Saw them at a festivel earlier this year and they can really rock.

First of all, it's a meaningless accolade, because it all depends on the nature of the sample of the public you ask. It seems like the sample is heavily skewed toward people in the 20-30 age group. Ask people 40 or older and you'd get a different list. Ask the 15-29 crowd and yet another list.

I don't know about that poll, but I do know Nirvana was the greatest of all time, hands down.

Of coarse I don't think Smells like teen spirit is their best single by any means.

I swear the other night I shut down my computer... walked away to do something and then a few minutes later turned on my monitor and a huge, smiling picture of Kurt was open on my screen.

We had been drunk and listening to Nirvana all night. So it was probably something I did, and didn't actually shut down... but it was still really cool and had me baffled for a few minutes.

If I had to pick off of Nevermind: In Bloom

Blink before Sabbath. Ahahaha!

Defnitely not the best single of all time, but the Albumn, "Nevermind" definitely changed rock music as we see it today. I honestly don't think that rock would be what it is now if it weren't for the huge success of Nirvana's Nevermind.

In Bloom is good... but their best off Nevermind HAS to be...
