Is there there a ICQ plugin which can create smilies like this :321GFY

or :ak47: :thefinger :Kissmy

I never heard of one and even if so, the other person would have to have it in order to see the smilies. I believe..

You could develop the plugin and sell it, could do pretty well, call it the gfy communicator for those insulting spammers:321GFY
