                  once I mouseover the link and its from cn or some other country I know its a scam...
                  other than the fact I dont bank with BofA.. nor do they ask you to sign in from an email.

                      How can you say that about California and fraud. Sure we have our share and often when caught it is big. That said though, everyone knows Florida is the king of all things shady. Laws are to friendly to the scam pullers and your house is typically protected no matter how much that shit is worth. In California houses are very rarely protected, hell just about no assets are protected.
                      Unless of course you dumped a shitload of your money into your investment mansion in Florida.
