A teacher asked her 6th grade class how
many of them were Obama fans.
Not really knowing what an Obama fan is,
but wanting to be liked by the
teacher, all the kids raised their hands
except for Johnny in the front row.
The teacher asked Johnny why he has
decided to be different.
Because I'm not an Obama fan.'
The teacher asked,
'Why aren't you an Obama fan?'
Because I'm a Republican.'
The teacher asked him why he's a Republican.
Johnny proudly answered, 'Well, my Mom's a Republican and my Dad's a Republican,
so I'm a Republican.'
Annoyed by this answer, the teacher asked,
'If your mom was a moron and your dad was an idiot, what would that make you?'
With a big smile, Johnny replied, 'That would make me an Obama fan.'

New AP poll says that Obama's approval rating has jumped 6% -- from 50% to 56%.

Although the viewers of Fox News will likely never hear that number, it says leaps and bounds about our President. He took over our country in the middle of two wars and the worst economic times since the Great Depression and the majority of American's still approve of the job that he is doing.

Meanwhile, Bush, during the same conditions, had an approval rating in the low 20's.

I agree Obama seems to be the hot topic in politics for many people right now despite the fact he really doesnt seem to be trying to do anything other than what he said he would while he was running for President - I dont understand it myself, i voted for Obama and its really suprising to see how many Democrats are giving the guy shit for actually trying to keep some of his campaign promises :(
