Looking For Pay Per Email Program...
 

So I don't come to the board very often but I am looking for a affiliate program who pays per confirmed email address. My current affiliate was paying $1 per confirmed email and I am looking for something around the same that takes webcam traffic since I promote on a cam site. Anyways I can push 70-100+ sign ups daily so if anyone has an affiliate please let me know. My join / traffic rate is 1:6-1:7 and my join / conversion is 1:1.01 - 1:1.11

I was pushing Rude.com but I don't want a offer that needs a credit card. Theirs was a 2 page email sign up + confirmation.
