content question
I know a photographer that is 17 (she has been shooting for 4 years now). She wants to shoot for porn sites (no hardcore). Is this against the law in anyway?
My guess is no because she is just taking the pictures she is not actually in it. But then don?t you have to be 18 to view porn? But then she is not really viewing it she is shooting it. Or do you just have to be 18 to "buy" porn? heh :) Thanks |
She's fine as long as she's not breaking any other laws by shooting porn in her community.
Man I wish I had started when I was 17... |

I don't know if its legal or not but I wouldn't give her any investment capital thats for sure.

Shoot now, sell later.
Note: I have no idea what the fuck I'm talking about. Disregard anything I may say that sounds like advice. |
I hope you're kidding.
Actually, she is probably making trouble for the model. In any situation with a minor and an adult, the adult is the responsible party. Any model that posed for her in a porn situation is risking getting a sex offender charge for "corruption of a minor." |
I retract my statement and agree with the points that Tom made... I still wish I had started when I was 17 though....

it's probably not illegal to snap the photo
but it's illegal to view it |
