What about sponsors pays CPM after views?
 

So, two big problems about tubes:

tubes have high bw costs / sponsors complain of user stolen content

solution?

enforce per sponsor content per tube to not appear and instead list sponsor content for a CPM/revshare rate?

troughts?

content monitoring cost money, bw and technology ditto.

but tubes have decent traffic and _CAN_ convert like crazy

I don't think this thing would work on a "pay per impression" basis. I mean tube traffic could be total crap. Tubes should use content of sponsors with some effort of trying to get sales and actually getting sales from those sponsors.

Then it would be closer to something like TGPs using FHGs to sell the sponsors.

If a sponsor wants to do CPM they just need to go and use some ad network, Blacklabelads for example but there are many others. It is already out there, nothing new.

No tubes don't have decent traffic, it's full of free loaders.
