How many of you have done business with Steven and Vivid?

I think Vivid is probably one of the worst run companies from an web marketing stand point. Sounds like a nice guy, hasn't put a dent in the market sector online.

Steven and Vivid have been quite the success story in the offline porn business for many years now. I used to work in the office at one of the biggest porn distributors in the business in the early 90's and I had some dealings with Vivid in the VHS boom days.
