How come the my profile link was removed from 'Quick Links' a while ago? Does it really save that much or something?

You have to find some post of yours just to view your profile to get to recent posts and threads made, ridiculous.

Go to Default Thread Subscription Mode, and change the drop down to No Email Notification.

Now any thread you create or post in, will be in your user cp
