FYI, screeshots and documentation is piling up over here. It's an easy case. Members area checks are conducted regularly, results documented, and refunds or chargebacks back to the cards used for our convenience in policing our content on celeb sites. We're developing quite a nice documentation of infringements.

and Eric, you're right we removed ever photo you pointed out.. we didn't even wait for a proper C&D.. we just did it... there's this one remaining photo that we didnt remove on our affiliate site... we changed it.. We have never claimed to posess the tape. We've never had it in our MA, and we've (until today) always had a banner to VIVI for the KIM TAPE.

I'm not sure what else we can do to appease you man. The hundreds of thousands of blogs and media sites with the pics should be getting C&D's too I'd imagine. Either way, all your stuff is off our sites, especially the very poorly converting upsell. What else? Name it. My ICQ is 663386
