Dating Gold tech issues on webcamclub/modelsplugin
Can someone from Dating Gold check up on some tech problems I've had on Monday and then again tonight? I did email you guys on Monday but didn't get a response yet.
On Monday, members who tried to take me private weren't able to even though they had credits loaded already. One guy was also a regular so he knew what to do. Definitely a tech problem on your side. This happened on 3 different occasions in 1 hour. Then today I did a feature show from 7pm EST - 8pm EST and there were 108 people in the show up until about 7:45 when there was an error message that said 'server lost connection'. It restarted but only 1 member could see me and chat with me. The other members said they tried to get back in but got no video. Then I was in free chat from 8pm EST - 9pm EST. I had 1 private with a regular but the video froze for him a few minutes in so he ended it. He tried coming back 2 other times but he was never able to connect. I think it was stuck on 'initializing video feed' but it never connected. I'm posting it here because the tech problems could continue tonight or longer & you might notice it faster than email since I didn't hear back from my email on Monday. I know we all hate to miss out on private sessions so I wanted you to know about the tech issues asap. Thanks |

Hey Bella, thanks for the heads up... I received your email and forwarded it to our tech guys, they are working on it, trust me. Problems like these are hard to diagnose unless we are right there during the time of the show when the problem occurs. I'll have them check on it again first thing tomorrow. :thumbsup

By the way, your original email from Monday went to my spam folder, I did however find it today, and forwarded it to my tech guys earlier. Just letting you know. :)

Oh I know they are hard to diagnose from my support days;p I just wanted to give you exact times before I forgot so you can go back and trace the problem. Thanks for the help:)
