If you could learn another language, what would it be?
I can only speak English and very little Spanish, probably now not enough to get by. But I was thinking of trying to learn another language, specifically if its a country that I want to visit.
Last year I went to Italy and tried to speak the language as best I could, which is very similar to Spanish so it worked out ok. Besides Spanish or Italian I'd like to learn how to speak Chinese or Russian, I think that would be cool. |
Chinese would be my pick after Spanish and Italian
|
i would want to learn Russian and Swedish, those are cool :thumbsup

I speak English and French. I also speak Russian but I'm not fluent - I'm still learning. :)

It would seem to me that learning Spanish if you're located in the US is kinda easy these days? Or am I mistaken?
It's like in Belgium, you learn Dutch and French as it is a bi-lingual country. I speak English, Dutch, German, French and a hint of Spanish. Would love to learn Russian. |
I would love to learn German.

I have lived in San Diego for years and my Spanish is garbage. I need to learn it, but I just can't pick it up.

i got all excited in the pants today about this post so i decided that im going to learn Italian as fluent as I can.
so I go on the Internets and realized why I hate central PA so much... there are NO classes or groups to help learn, only Rosetta Stone (which I bought and sucks). This blows, i bought some other software, but i guess i have to practice by myself, then go down to the pizza place and try and talk to the three Italians that work there |
