Domain extension ranking

We all know .com wins but what is the order after that? What is best after such?

.net
.org
.us
.me
.info etc.

I would say .com then .net
then localised TLDs, .com.au "australia" .ca "canada"
etc.. Though that all depends on what market you are trying to reach of course.
