Well, I think people should be honest and truthful in anything they write or publish. If it's defamation of character, it's defamation of character... It's not a solid line of course... This is better for people I think because publishers just won't blurt out anything they feel like about foreigners now, or as much.

That ruling is crap. Hopefully it only extends as far as defamation cases.
