that stuff is scary! It's not ceral... it's snack food. You'll reach in it in the afternoon for one or two hand fulls..... and before you know it, the whole box is gone.

Evil stuff!!! I've snacked so much on that at one time that my gums were sore for a week afterward.

Is anyone aware of the quasi-religious/psuedo-health science connection with breakfast cereals? Battle Creek, Michigan was some weird at one time...
