Yep "rosebud" "anal flower" "tulip" I've heard all those. There is a husband and wife team that have an amateur site in which she specializes in using large objects and then pushing her asshole out to make if happen. There's a niche for everything. Not surprising and I'm sure it is because of HPV. HPV is already linked to cervical cancer and throat cancer wouldn't surprising me if it caused cancer in any hole you stuck it in. All the more reason why people need to start getting the HPV vaccine.
